Shipping + Return Policy
All paper paw + stuff products are handmade from start to finish. Due to variations in fabric patterns and the nature of handcrafted items, they may not be 100% identical to the online photos. The items you receive will truly be one of a kind! We take meticulous care in the creation of each product, so please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be created and shipped out. However, we do our best to ship out your order as soon as possible.
Your order will be shipped via the USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail Monday-Friday. Options for speedier shipping (Priority Mail and Priority Express) are available. We will promptly mark your order shipped and send an email notification, along with your USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships out.
If your order hasn't arrived after 2 business weeks, please don't hesitate to contact us via email to remedy the delay.
International orders are shipped via the USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class International Monday-Friday. We will promptly mark your order shipped and send an email notification, along with your USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships out.
International orders can take up to 3 weeks or more to arrive depending on their destination. Most likely, if your order is taking longer than expected, your order has probably been held up in customs. Please don't hesitate to contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you feel as though your order has been lost.
The customer is responsible for any/all customs fees that may have to be paid for before acquiring your parcel. This varies from country to country, and their respective fees are in no way affiliated with paper paw + stuff.
All paper paw + stuff goods are hand made, and thoroughly inspected before being mailed out. However, on the once-in-a-blue-moon chance you receive a damaged item (broken snaps, etc.), snap us a quick photo of the damage and we'll send you a replacement without charge. This is only applicable for goods 7 days after they've been delivered. So, no shady business!
For any packages lost in the mail, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible. Please contact your local post office for further assistance.
Returns + Exchanges
We take customer service very, very seriously. We want you and your furry other to be happy with your purchase, as much as we are creating it for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are unhappy for any reason.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. All returned items must be unworn and still in their original packaging. All sale items are final sale.
Exchanges are only accepted for items received defective or damaged within 7 days after delivery; we'll replace them free of charge! Items damaged by chewing, excessive scratching, or just Fido being a naughty puppy, cannot be exchanged. However, if you're in need of gear replacement (because hey, pups be crazy), check out our recycling program to find out how you can get your gear refurbished at a reduced cost.
